Mauricio Nader will give an amazing Electric Bass Solo Concert at the prestigious ORSO Palast in Berlin
ORSO - ORchestra and Choral SOciety - a non-profit cultural institution based in Freiburg and Berlin, proudly presents an amazing solo concert of Mauricio Nader. The Chilean bass player based in Berlin will perform the best of his four solo albums on the bass guitar. This repertoire consists of arrangements of classical, Latin-American and own compositions for the instrument He has developed an unique concept for the electric bass, leaving the usual supportive role in order to perform solo pieces in an elegant and emotional way.
For this special occasion, Mauricio will invite the talented soprano Erica Bianca to join on stage to perform some songs with him.
Erica Bianca is a soprano living in Berlin since 2017. Singing since the age of 12, she studied at the National Conservatory in Lisbon and has taken part in different projects, from classical ensembles to rock and metal bands. Currently studying with Emiko Okuyama, Erica has co-founded in 2022 the Gone High Ensemble, bringing opera to the living room together with two soprano friends. As part of the symphonic metal band Dying Phoenix she is releasing an album in May 2023.

Mauricio Nader gibt ein beeindruckendes E-Bass-Solokonzert im renommierten ORSO Palast in Berlin
ORSO – ORchestra and Choral SOciety - eine gemeinnützige Kulturinstitution mit Sitz in Freiburg und Berlin, präsentiert ein außergewöhnliches Solokonzert von Mauricio Nader. Der in Berlin lebende chilenische Bassist wird das Beste aus seinen vier Soloalben auf der Bassgitarre spielen. Das Repertoire besteht aus Arrangements klassischer, lateinamerikanischer und eigener Kompositionen für das Instrument. Er hat ein einzigartiges Konzept für den E-Bass entwickelt, bei dem er die übliche unterstützende Rolle verlässt, um Solostücke auf elegante und emotionale Weise zu spielen.
Zu diesem besonderen Anlass wird Mauricio die talentierte Sopranistin Erica Bianca auf die Bühne bitten, um einige Lieder mit ihm zu singen.
Erica Bianca ist eine Sopranistin, die seit 2017 in Berlin lebt. Sie singt seit ihrem 12. Lebensjahr, studierte am Nationalen Konservatorium in Lissabon und hat in verschiedenen Projekten mitgewirkt, von klassischen Ensembles bis hin zu Rock- und Metal-Bands. Derzeit studiert sie bei Emiko Okuyama und gründete 2022 das Gone High Ensemble, mit dem sie zusammen mit zwei befreundeten Sopranistinnen die Oper ins Wohnzimmer bringt. Als Teil der Symphonic-Metal-Band Dying Phoenix wird sie im Mai 2023 ein Album veröffentlichen.
