This is the clear roadmap that through the following milestones, will make you a full-time artist:

✅ Week 1:

You will have a video call with me to craft together your Artist Working Plan™, where we will get clear on three things:

• What you really want to achieve. Here is where you dream big, without limitations.

• What you have to do to get there. In a clear, organized way.

• What you have to stop doing now. We seal every leak to prevent wasted resources and frustration that have been holding you back for a long time.

By day 7 you’ll have a clear, ready-to-go roadmap and have eliminated at least 80 % of the useless work from your schedule.

✅ Week 2:

Over the next 7 days you’ll launch your Artist Productivity System™, a streamlined routine that lets you channel every resource into growing your music career. You will:

• Replace limiting beliefs about music and industry with a growth mindset that spots, and seizes, every opportunity you create.

• Design a daily schedule that balances music-business tasks, focused practice, and genuine downtime, so every day moves your career forward.

• Learn the Five Music-Industry Pillars™, giving you a clear view of how the industry works and how money flows within it, so you can see the big picture from the winner’s side.

By the end of the week, your mindset and habits will match those of an active, income-generating music professional.

✅ Week 3–4:

Over these two weeks we’ll align every element of your artistic vision, so your talent is no longer held back by scattered messaging. You will:

• Uncover and refine your core artistic identity, synthesising the unique voice you already have (even if you’re not fully aware of it yet) into a coherent, market-ready foundation.

• Apply the Artistic Identity Pyramid™, working level by level, from music and message to brand, audience connection, and industry roles, so each layer reinforces the next.

• Craft a compelling artistic proposal that packages your music, story, and visual brand into an offer that promoters, partners, and fans instantly understand.

By the end of Week 4, all the aspects of your project will be perfectly aligned, giving your music everything to stand out and succeed.

✅ Week 5–8:

With your artistic proposal organized, we’ll power up your Artist Profit Engine™ to generate your first revenue (or increase if you already generate them). You will:

• Align every promotional channel (website, socials, etc.) so your refined identity speaks with one clear voice.

• Launch revenue-fit activities (concerts, teaching, digital products, etc.) and start earning right away. No “rock-star” status required. This is month 2, where you accomplish the goal of earning €500 - €1,000 with your music.

• Master smart reinvestment to protect your early earnings from the time-, money-, and energy-draining mistakes most artists make.

In just 2 months, you’ll have achieved what many artists struggle to build in a decade.

No more begging for exposure gigs. No more wondering what to post. Feel the relief of a calendar that funds your art and leaves your afternoons free to create.

✅ Week 9 Onwards:

The engine continues to run on its own. You will:

• Keep the Artist Profit Engine™ humming, fine-tuning routines and offers so income scales while workload stays healthy.

• Make the transition to full-time musician within 4–12 months, leaving your side job behind. The main goal here is to reach €2,000 - €3,000 income monthly within this timeframe.

• Stack milestone after milestone - releases, shows, videos, etc. - so your career expands year after year in line with your vision.

From here on, sustained growth becomes your new normal.
