The band Claudio Cordero Trío, where Mauricio is the bass player, was the winner of the Pulsar Awards of Chilean Music, on the “Best Metal Album” category with his disc “Quasar” (2016). This event is the equivalent of the Chilean Grammy, since it’s the top award given in Chile in the music industry. It’s undoubtedly an award to the continuous effort and work with the band.
